Mold development process:
1. When we receive customer inquiries and customer service sends 3D drawings and samples, if we can do it but there is no mold, we will let the customer open the mold for production.
2. In the early stage of mold opening, in order to receive good products, a sample mold will be opened first to make samples, and a reasonable mold will be designed with CAD software through 3-D drawings, so that the customer can get satisfactory samples first and then develop the mold.
3. If the sample mold is confirmed, a single-cavity or double-cavity sample mold will be developed. The samples made by the sample mold need to be tested, such as the toughness of the sample, whether the hardness is suitable in the use process, the temperature adaptation, the color selection and the confirmation of some properties. If the standard is met, the development of the large mold can be carried out.
Benefits of Sample Mold:
1. If large-scale mold production and processing are carried out at the beginning, it is also irresponsible for customers when various problems such as defective products and unqualified molds occur during the production process.
2. The cost of opening a sample mould is several times lower than that of a large mould. If the sample mould has to be developed during mass production, the production of the product can only be done according to the knowledge of the actual product produced by the sample mould and the description of the customer. This is also a method for confirming the quality of the product.
3. If there is a problem with the sample, then choose to repair the mold to meet the requirements and carry out large-scale mold development and production to achieve good confirmation.
